Renewal Application Payments



You will need your preprinted Renewal form received from the WVABCA which will include:

  • ​License Number
  • Licensee Tax Id / FEIN
  • Licensee Physical Location Address
  • Licensee Phone Number
  • Licensee Email

You will also need the following information for the person submitting the payment:

  • Full Name
  • Billing Address
  • ​Phone Number
  • Email
  • Credit Card Number ​

Please note: There is a 2.25% fee for processing the payment with a credit card. 

This link is for the sole purpose of paying the fees associated with a licensing renewal application and is not a substitute for completing and submitting the renewal application to the WVABCA Licensing Division. 

All renewal applications and supplementary forms must be received by the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration prior to submitting your payment via this link.  

You may transmit your​ renewal application to the WVABCA in one of the following methods:

  • ​In person at the WVABCA offices in Charleston, WV between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday;
  • via email to abca.licensing@wv.gov​;
  • via facsimile at 304-558-5474;
  • via mail to the following address;
