Enforcement Payments

You will need the violation letter and hearing options form received from the WVABCA which should include:

  • License Number
  • ​Case Number
  • Fine Amount
  • Licensee Address
  • Licensee 


You will also need the following information for the person submitting the payment:

  • ​Full Name
  • Billing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Credit Card Number
Please note: There is a 2.25% fee for processing the payment with a credit card. ​

This link is for the sole purpose of paying the fine associated with a WVABCA enforcement violation and is not a substitute for completing and submitting the hearing options form you received from the WVABCA Enforcement Division.   

You may submit your signed hearing options form in any of the following methods:

  • ​In person at the WVABCA offices in Charleston, WV between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday;
  • via email to abcaviolations@wv.gov​​;
  • via facsimile at 304-558-0081;
  • via mail to the following address:
