New Application Payments

You will need the notification of receipt of application email or letter provided by the WVABCA which will include:
​
  • ​Application Number
  • Applicant Tax Id / FEIN
  • Physical Location Address
  • Applicant Phone Number
  • Applicant Email

You will also need the following information for the person submitting the payment:

  • ​Full Name
  • Billing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Credit Card Number 

Please note: There is a 2.25% fee for processing the payment with a credit card. ​

These links are for the sole purpose of paying the fees associated with an initial application for a WVABCA license and are not a substitute for completing and submitting the paperwork required for an initial application to the WVABCA Licensing Division. 

stopAll applications and supplementary forms must be received by the WVABCA prior to submitting your payment via this link.  

You may transmit your application and forms to the WVABCA in one of the following methods:
  • In person at the WVABCA offices in Charleston, WV between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday;
  • via email to abca.licensing@wv.gov;
  • via facsimile at 304-558-5474;
